IAS Training’s Exclusive One day On-Site Needs Assessment/Consulting Overview


One Day visit will include:

1) Mystery shop the store.

2) Observation of the sales floor with owner

3) Walk through of the store with owner

4) Interview manager, assistant manager and a salesperson to determine possible sales suppressants.

5) In-depth analysis using IAS Training’s 25 point needs assessment checklist with the owner(s) of the Company (includes discussion on all sales policies, procedures, goals, accountability, communication, contests, pay, incentives, and sales management of the staff)

6) Written comprehensive evaluation (2 weeks following visit)
